Campaign ambassadors
What is it?
The Ambassadors campaign allows you to accumulate points to access discounts, treatments and bonuses for free, simply by inviting your family, friends and acquaintances to begin their dental treatments at Prevenga.
How does it work?
For each new referred patient who starts treatment and makes the first payment, the Prevenga Ambassador will obtain a point, which is equivalent to:
- A free deep cleaning.
- A free evaluation with a specialist.
- A $50,000 bonus to pay for an active treatment or to start a new one in general dentistry.
- A free orthodontic check-up (only for Ambassadors who refer patients for orthodontic treatment).
The points are cumulative, they add up as you refer people, and this way you can access better benefits.

• Endodoncia: root canal and infection treatment to preserve damaged teeth.
• Rehabilitación oral: restoration and aesthetic functionality for the loss of teeth through prostheses and implants.

Terms and conditions
- An ambassador can be any adult, Prevenga patient or potential client.
- Solo aplica si el paciente referido inicia el tratamiento y realiza el pago de la primera cuota.
- Only applies to patients referred from October 1, 2023.
- Los pacientes referidos deben indicar al momento de asignar la cita que un embajador los recomendó a Prevenga, debe indicar nombre completo, número de documento y celular del embajador para poder realizar el registro del punto.
- Cada que un referido inicie un tratamiento y haga su primer pago se asignará un punto al embajador, y durante la campaña lo contactarán para que elija como redimir el punto.
- Redemption can be made at any of our locations depending on schedule availability.
- Redemption can be done with any of our general dentists or specialists depending on schedule availability.
- Points may be redeemed by another person with prior written authorization from the ambassador.
- To transfer benefits, the contact information, name, ID and cell phone number of the person claiming are required.
- The results and duration of treatments depend on the evolution, adherence to recommendations and clinical conditions of each patient.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- The $50,000 bonus is not redeemable for specialist treatments.
